Job description: Job Description An Administrative and HR Assistant will provide support to both the administrative and human resources departments within an organization.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Assist in job posting and recruitment processes.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Assist in new employee orientation and onboarding.

Employee Records Management:

• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Ensure all employee information is accurate and up-to-date.

Employee Relations:

• Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with conflict resolution and mediation as needed.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

• Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Help with compliance-related tasks, such as training and documentation.

HR Reporting:

• Generate HR reports on employee data, recruitment metrics, and other HR-related analytics.

Payroll Support:

• Assist in payroll processing, including time and attendance tracking.

Training and Development:

• Coordinate training sessions and programs for employees.

Legal Compliance:

• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.

Confidentiality:

• Handle sensitive HR information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Job Requirements Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant HR certifications.

Relevant working experiences in Administration and Human Resource Management.

Good Communication Skills

Computer Proficiency

Knowledge of HR Regulations

Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills.

Stand- alone stores are in Port Louis & Rose Hill with a limited book range available in our HobbyWorld stores across the Island.
