Job description: Job Description 1. Prepares tenders and orders to be placed with the supplier

2. Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail

3. Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts

4. Other duties that may be assigned by Team Leader/Manager

Job Requirements Minimum High School Certificate with experience in similar position

– Experience working with Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)

– Excellent English-written and spoken communication
