Job description: Job Description The job holder’s main responsibility is to provide administrative support to Sales Representatives, Service Engineers and Bio-medical Technicians mainly as regards the processing of tenders and the importation of products from overseas suppliers.– Identify and propose suppliers of consumables to engineers.
– Ask for quotations from overseas suppliers as per tender specifications.
– Follow-up on terms and conditions of tender.
– Work-out costing.
– Prepare tender and samples.
– Analyse and report on Notification document received from Ministry of Health, taking/proposing action if any.
– Systematically filing important company documents
– Organizing and maintaining files, records and documents.
– Any other administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department.Job Requirements -Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
– HSC Holder /Diploma
– Knowledge in science
– Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
