Kavy Ramano's notary office did not have the right to operate, according to Reza Uteem. The MMM deputy reacts after Arvin Boolell's PNQ, focused on the controversy surrounding Kavy Ramano. The letterhead of his notarial office was used in administrative procedures concerning an EIA permit application, although as Minister of the Environment he is no longer supposed to operate as a notary.

Reza Uteem was at a press conference this Wednesday afternoon, June 12, alongside other opposition parliamentarians. He also emphasizes that the letterhead of the notarial office or the seal bearing the name of Kavy Ramano could not be used during administrative procedures concerning an EIA permit application.

The opposition is therefore demanding the resignation of Kavy Ramano as Minister of the Environment.
