Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas in the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Wash dishes, flatware, glassware, and cooking utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand, ensuring they are spotless and ready for use.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of tables and equipment for meal service.
• Empty trash bins regularly and maintain waste disposal procedures.
• Keep cleaning supplies and equipment well-maintained and organized.
• Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic and hazard-free work environment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy shifts.
• Be adaptable and responsive to additional cleaning and kitchen support duties as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning and dishwashing roles is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and evenings, based on the shift system.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a reliable track record.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to handle standing, bending, and lifting during the shift.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
