A 38-year-old inmate, admitted to Northern Hospital on Tuesday, was arrested for possession of synthetic drugs. According to the police officer who was monitoring the suspect, around 11:30 a.m., an individual showed up expressing his intention to give the detainee a loaf of bread. However, the police officer intervened and explained to the individual that it was not visiting time. However, the individual handed over the bread, which was in a paper bag, before fleeing.

Suspecting a dubious transaction, the police officer attempted to seize the package, but only managed to recover the paper bag, while the detainee continued to quickly eat the bread. Upon inspection of the bag, two doses of the synthetic drug were discovered.

The individual who gave the package to the detainee is actively sought by the police. The investigation continues.
