Feel valued for your contribution.Learn more about our team and culture onIf you have questions about the company or open roles you canJob DescriptionPerforming a range of advanced administrative, operational and customer support duties in accordance with HR service center standards and SLAs.Processing administrative tasks for any assigned location worldwide while meeting/exceeding all Service-Level-Agreements (in terms of quality and turnaround time) and emphasising good customer-relationship-management.Carrying out administrative tasks in the Learning Management System (LMS) which includes, but is not restricted to, the assignment of learning courses to employees, access control, scheduling training to Calendars, providing level 1 support to employees.Liaising with internal stakeholders by email, slack or phone call for any complementary information.Making oneself available to guide/support employees with their administrative tasks and hence promote a positive experience of our HR services.Ensuring the exactness of data entered into any HR system at all times.Documenting progress of tasks directly into ticketing system (JIRA) from start to finish, and logging execution time in log-sheet.Escalating issues to Service Center Manager if unable to reach a resolution autonomously.Contributing to the definition/improvement of standard operating procedures and nurturing a knowledge-sharing environment with the aim of achieving service excellence.Encouraging users to make effective use of self-service options.Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures (Confidentiality, GDPR, ISMS, etc.).QualificationsHSC Holder or relevant professional experienceAt minimum 1 year of experience in administration and/or operationsAbility to work under pressure, on multiple tasks and within strict deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational skills, attention to details and follow throughExcellent interpersonal skills both in person and over the phoneDemonstrated ability to deliver on customer satisfactionAbility to uphold confidentiality at all timesAutonomous, methodological and solution-orientedFluency in English (both written and verbal)French language (both written and verbal) is a plusAvailable to work from office or from home, and on roster including a shift system (not exceeding 9 p.m. on week-days).Additional InformationLocation: Ebene, MauritiusStarting date: ASAPPosition: Permanent after successful 6 months probationEveryone at EcoVadis contributes to a culture of trust, respect and empowerment.
