InfiniTIX Solutions Ltd is looking for IT technicians with following job description with Minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Job description:

 Installing, configuring maintaining hardware like Personal Computers, Laptops, Printers, Access points and Servers infrastructure.

 Installing and configuring Software like Windows Operating Systems, Anti-virus and Backup software’s.

 Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replacing faulty parts.

 Setting up new users’ accounts, profiles and joining users to windows Active Directory.

 IT Technician will have excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

 Monitoring Help Desk tickets and resolving user issues.

 A solid knowledge of internet security and data privacy is required.

 Ability to work as team member.

 Good problem-solving skills.

 Establishing good relationships with all customers, departments and colleagues

 Maintaining documentation and hardware/software registers.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field.

 2 year’s experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.

 A+, Linux+, ITIL or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation advantageous.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

 Good interpersonal skills.
