What do we have to offer?

Core Tasks

Training and Support:

1) Identify skills/training requirement and Deliver training to new starters and other TMs

2) Supporting Juniors on handling Training plan

3) Identify where support is required based on feedback and cascade to TLs for further action

4) To identify & eliminate single points of failures through cross training on payrolls


1) Expert in UK Legislation – Fully competent on UK Legislation

2) Understanding and processing end to end payroll (for respective team/process)

3) To identify and lead continuous improvements and process efficiency through PSS, PCs and process improvement

4) Ticket management and follow up with the difference departments concerned

5) Support on hyper care customers and involve in sign off of payrolls

6) To drive customer satisfaction (Pulse, NPS, etc.) by ensuring high quality of services

7) To proactively highlight risks and provides with a set of plans and options to mitigate

8) Support TLs in planning monthly team meetings


1) Ensuring Payroll delivery is done prior to deadline

2) To ensure adherence to quality standards and practices

3) Participate in customer service reviews where necessary

4) Able to handle customers and (internal/external) stakeholders in a professional way with confidence

5) Monitor SLAs’ and ensure that the team is continuously meeting these SLAs’

6) Managing MIM and escalations from customers and track progress monthly visible to the Team Manager and Service Delivery Manager

7) Identify issues and provide a proper RCA report


1) Effectively plan capacity/workload for the team/ proactive planning for adhoc processes

2) To seek and respond to development feedback

3) Support TLs on Key KPIs -Utilization, Productivity, Accuracy and Escalations

4) To track and report progress of the documentation creation and updates through lessons learnt /releases/CRs

5) Motivate team to organise and take part in team activities

6) Support TLs in 1-2-1 meetings to gain exporsure

7) Involves in interviews

3) Intermediate knowledge on Microsoft Tools

4) Ability to deliver training (classroom or on-the-job) using proper materials, professional business language

5) Project management

6) Presentation skills
