Responsibilities include:

  • Performing paralegal research, preparing and drafting notarial deeds.
    Supporting the notary to provide legal advice to clients.
    Managing files and document, performing due diligence and paralegal support services.
    Liaising with clients, private and public institutions (such as Ministries and financial companies).
    Providing administrative support as required.

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Recent graduate or experienced individual with a university diploma / degree from a university of good standing in LLB or law and management and/or law related field.
    Excellent French and English speaking and drafting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Attention to details.
    A meticulous approach to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    Time conscious and prompt with speedy execution and reporting requirement.
    Ability to handle pressure in a high-intensity environment.
    Proactive individual, ready to assist his/her superiors in their assignments.
    Good computer skills including a good command of MS & Google products.
