A meeting was held this morning between the various members of the PTA of private colleges and the Federation of Union of Managers of Private Secondary Schools. The objective was to discuss the challenges faced by private colleges due to the policy adopted by the PSEA (Private Secondary Education Authority).

According to Dr. Jimmy Harmon, head of SEDEC (Diocesan Catholic Education Service), there is an attempt to put obstacles in the way of private institutions regarding subsidies. “This is holding us back from providing quality education,” he said.
