QuestionsGeneral-MiscIs someone willing to help with a student project about Mauritius?

Hi everyone,
I come today with a rather unusual request/question, I think. I am a second year Romance Philology student at the University of Gdansk in Poland. We have different courses, but this semester we started taking a class called ‘elements of francophone culture.’ The goal of these classes is to learn about .... francophone countries! We've been through all of Europe, North Africa, Central Africa, and now we've started the southeast coast of the African continent. For each class, groups of students have to prepare a presentation about a particular country. I and my two friends have chosen Mauritius. We want to make a short film. We've already done scenes where we tell in it how to travel [on the aiport], what's worth visiting, also a bit of Mauritius history. However. it's still missing something. We thought it would be best to still insert a local or a person who lived in Mauritius for a long time into our film. Would there perhaps be someone willing to have a literally short conversation (10-15 minutes max) in which we ask them about their country? We can talk in French or English. This conversation would not take place today. It would most likely take place on Saturday/ Sunday. On the platforms most convenient e.g. Discord, Skype, Messenger etc. Thank you for reading, have a nice day.
