We are looking for a Receptionist who will: Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude. Assist clients in finding their way around the office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling a variety of administrative support tasks to the highest quality standards, scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
    Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
    Taking messages accurately and relaying them to the respective staff member in a timely manner.
    Greeting clients and visitors with a helpful attitude and ensuring a positive welcome.
    Working closely with staff member to notify them of incoming calls, close monitoring of ongoing files, preparing outgoing mail as and when needed.
    Assisting customers and employees alike.
    Receiving and dispatching letters/faxes/parcels within the office whenever required.

Candidate profile:

  • Diploma and/or certification in Front Office/Administration.
    Experience in similar position would be an advantage.
    Basic understanding of business service functions.
    Computer literate.
    Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
    Fluency in written and oral French and English languages.
