Job description: Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager for our new LOUIS PHILIPPE shop in TRIBECA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. * Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused team.
- Set and achieve sales targets, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance the visual appeal of the store and promote sales.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through efficient ordering and restocking processes.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Implement security measures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers and staff.
- Monitor and manage the store budget, tracking financial performance and reporting as required.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
