Job description: Job Description The candidate will play a crucial role in our sales process by taking precise measurements at clients’ locations for blind installations. He/She will also be responsiblie for delivering exceptional after-sales service and maintenance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESULT AREA PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Precise Measurements
- Visit clients’ locations to accurately measure windows for our products.
- Ensure precise and detailed measurements to facilitate the production of custom blinds.
After Sales Service
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to blinds installation and maintenance.
- Perform after-sales service and maintenance as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Timely Service Appointments
- Manage and complete service appointments in a timely manner to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Communication
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other relevant department to ensure smooth Coordination and customer experience.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Report the details collected in a clear & understandable manner.
Job Requirements CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
The job holder should ideally possess:
- A valid Driving license to travel to clients’ locations
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
- Ability to use measuring tools accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Strong attention to details
Experience level
The ideal job holder should have:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of previous experience in a similar role will be a plus.
