The anticyclone south of the Mascarenes circulates a moderate and relatively cold air current over our region. Clouds in the trade winds will influence the local weather at times, the weather station indicates.

The weather will be partly overcast this morning with showers mainly in the east, south and on the central plateau.

Fine weather during the day, but cloudy periods with showers are expected in the East, South and on the central plateau late in the afternoon.

The maximum temperature will vary between 20 and 23 degrees Celsius on the central plateau and between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius on the coast.

The weather will be cloudy overnight with intermittent rain, especially in the East, South and on the central plateau. Pockets of fog will be present in some areas, reducing visibility.

The minimum temperature will vary between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius on the central plateau and between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius in the coastal regions.

The wind will blow from the southeast at around 25 km/h with gusts reaching 60 km/h in some places.

The sea is rough beyond the reefs with waves of around 2.50 m. Outings on the high seas as well as in the Eastern and Southern lagoons are not recommended.
