They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Accountabilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or through the ticketing system.<\/li>\n<li>Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.<\/li>\n<li>Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.<\/li>\n<li>Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.<\/li>\n<li>Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel and learn from the provided solution.<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate information on IT products or services.<\/li>\n<li>Record all steps, events, and the resolution of a problem or request in the logs.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up and update customer status and information of a ticket.<\/li>\n<li>Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures.<\/li>\n<li>To be compliant with internal security policies and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Expectations, Experience &amp; Knowledge<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in IT or proven skills worthy of the degree.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills to end-users.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English-written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and motivated with an excellent attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure and to be flexible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desirable<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as Technical Support, Service Desk, IT Support Engineer or other other customer support role.<\/li>\n<li>Degree in IT<\/li>\n<li>Multinational exposure &amp; experience.<\/li>\n<li>Multiple language skills (For e.g. French, Dutch or German).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an Agile work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>SD Worx lives diversity in the workplace.
