25 years after his death: Kaya's older brother confides

It has now been 25 years since the death of Joseph Reginald Topize, better known as Kaya, in police custody on February 21, 1999. Relatives, friends and admirers gathered at the Roche-Bois cemetery to pay tribute to him.
