Mission:

Achieve or exceed a target customer satisfaction rate, determined through regular surveys and feedback.

Manage a defined monthly volume of cases, ensuring the quality and accuracy of provided information.

Reduce response time for quotes and increase their conversion rate into orders.

Produce a monthly customer service report with improvement suggestions based on trends and customer feedback.

Develop accurate and detailed estimates based on information provided by the technical team.

Ensure responsiveness to customer inquiries via phone or email, provide clear information, and maintain a trustworthy relationship.

Obtain necessary technical data for customer files, urging technicians to provide information within deadlines.

Follow up on quotations and monitor progress on works, ensuring quality after-sales service.

Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve customer service efficiency.

Benefits:

Base salary between Rs 25,000 and Rs 30,000 (depending on experience).

Company-paid medical insurance.

Reimbursed round-trip transportation.

Permanent contract (CDI).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
