• Perform administrative and office duties

• Prepare invoices

• Monitor & record all stock transfers

• Process transfer documents on SAP

• Prepare, process & record documents in a timely manner


• Strong financial, analytical & numerical skills

• Ability to work rapidly and be versatile

• Proactiveness towards learning

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum HSC with Accounting
