The Camp-Levieux police are looking for a daycare attendant. He is suspected of having sexually abused a 4-year-old boy. The child's father filed a complaint against him on Saturday May 25.
In his statement, the father, who is separated from the mother, explains that he discovered disturbing clues about his son when he returned from daycare. Intrigued by his dirty diaper, he attempted to give him a bath, but the child exhibited unusual resistance. When he took off the diaper, the little boy burst into tears, then confided to his father, in childish words, that he had been touched by a certain “uncle”. According to the father, this “uncle” would be one of the daycare attendants.
The child was admitted to PMOC hospital in Candos for the purposes of the investigation. The Child Development Unit and the Family Protection Brigade were alerted.
