From June 7 to 9, the Swami Vivekananda International Convention Center (SVICC) in Pailles will be the scene of the Food and Well-being Festival.

Presented by Events Plus, in partnership with Radio Plus and Le Défi Media Group, this event aims to be the convergence point for players in the food industry, unveiling a program rich in activities. On the menu: food sector providers who will present and sell their products, free medical check-ups, mini-conferences and tastings. Free entry.

Whether you are concerned about your health, committed to offering the best nutrition to your loved ones or simply in search of well-being, the Food and Well-being Festival invites you to explore a multitude of information and dedicated products to nutrition, well-being and health.

Presented as an essential family gathering, the Food and Wellness Festival focuses on three fundamental principles: food, health and well-being.

According to Gwendoline de Speville-Genestar, Brand & Marketing Manager for Events Plus, its primary objective is to raise public awareness of the vital importance of a balanced diet. “In addition, it offers a unique opportunity to access free medical tests, a proactive health initiative. Visitors will also have the privilege of discovering a vast range of food and well-being products, thus enriching their experience during these three days of discovery,” explains Gwendoline de Speville-Genestar.

Stands will be set up to welcome players in the food sector, who will have the opportunity to present and market their products. In addition, workshops and mini-conferences on the art of eating well will be organized throughout the three days.
“The objective is to raise public awareness of healthy and sustainable eating, while encouraging the pleasure of eating. »

health and wellbeing

Health will be at the heart of the festival, with the provision of a wide range of free tests and screenings. In addition, the Food and Well-being Festival will offer a platform for exchanges between the public and nutrition and health professionals, thus allowing personalized advice and enriching interactions.

Since well-being is closely linked to health, exhibitors specializing in this area will also be present to present various methods and solutions for taking care of yourself, whether through products or services. In addition, activities will be offered to enhance the event.

Small entrepreneurs will also have their place at the festival. They will occupy the atrium, where they will have the opportunity to present their products through tastings and offer them for sale.

Budding Little Chefs

Apprentice chefs are in the spotlight, with the return of the Les Petits-Chefs en herbe competition, scheduled for June 8 and 9 as part of the festival. This event provides a platform for young culinary talents to showcase their creativity and know-how. Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their cooking skills by preparing a dish within an allotted time. To make their task easier, a selection of products will be made available to them on the exhibition stands.
