Activist Raouf Khodabaccus was authorized to leave following his interrogation 'under warning' which took place at midday on Tuesday February 20 in the premises of the Central Criminal Investigation Department (CCID). This member of Linion Moris was heard as part of an investigation for Breach of Icta opened against him following a complaint filed by MP Ismaël Rawoo.
CCID investigators also carried out a search at the home of Raouf Khodabaccus. This operation took place in the presence of his lawyers, Mes Rama Valayden, Anoup Goodary and Mahen Saulick.
Raouf Khodabaccus will have to go to the Central Barracks again tomorrow to examine his IT tools. In a statement to journalists, Me Rama Valayden explains that he has made a request for the file to be referred to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
