What do you have to offer?The Implementation Team Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the Implementation Team, supporting customers on the International Market. He/She will work closely together with his/her team members as well as onshore stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration across teams and quality delivery to customers.Key Accountabilities:Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.Inspire and motivate teamwork for achieving goals, understand SD Values and implement same within the team.Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.Evaluate results and provide feedback in a timely fashion.Answer team member questions, help with team member problems, and oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance.Work closely with all colleagues and stakeholders (including onshore) to ensure delivery dates and deadlines are adhered to.Effectively plan and manage the team’s workload, monitor capacity, planning and assignment of resources on projects, validation of scope, revenue and project timelines.Act as an escalation point when needed.Represent the Implementation group/team in the pre-sales process or on customer calls/meetings.Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance on projects, relating to time spend, scope and budget.Conduct daily huddles, Team meetings, Project meetings, monthly colleagues 121s and annual performance reviews.Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.Assist management with hiring processes and new team member training.Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers and stakeholders, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.Question and propose improvements to the current processes in place.Set clear KPIs, review KPIs on a regular basis to defined actions/measures to be taken for the team.Suggest and organize team building activities.Communicate concerns and policies among management and team members.Knowledge, Technical Skills, Qualifications & Experience Essential:Proven experience in managing development and/or implementation teams.Demonstrable knowledge of PC literacy and software usage ideally including MS Office.Excellent communication skillsDesirable:Functional Knowledge of European Payroll and set up is an advantage.Multilingual Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Information Technology with 6-8 years’ experience or equivalent.Good written & spoken English and French language skills.Natural charisma and leadership skills.Organizational and time-management skillsDecision-making skills:Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressureProcess thinkingExperience with lean management / agileFlexible and can easily adapt to different working schedules.From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.SD Worx lives diversity in the workplace.
