What do you have to offer?
A keen attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset. But also:
- a strong interest and experience in HR, payroll administration and HR systems
- excellent knowledge and use of spoken and written English is essential
- a kick out of calculations, accurate administrative tasks and tight deadlines
Which task can you expect?
- Main duties are related to annual P11D returns to the UK Government
- Email templates along with processing schedule to customer
- Upon receipt of data, the P11D Administrator will process and produce the employees HMRC forms in accordance with any statutory requirements;
- Comply with the timetable for data capture, processing and reporting;
- Provide electronic templates to ensure accurate reporting
- Produce the P46 (car) employer report in PDF format and email to Customer
- Send completed submissions of returns to HMRC as standard mode
- Managed any query via shared mailbox
- Answer to customer calls and queries
- Report to Onshore Team on daily deliveries

- Assist Senior in normal duties
Degree of Independence/Supervision Required
- Requires Senior Support on BAU processing
- Escalates matters to Senior/Team Leader
- Will work directly with a Team Senior/Team leader
Requirements, Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum proven experience in back office work environment
- Good communication; both written and verbal
- Knowledge of office management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Higher School degree and additional qualifications in administrative field is an advantage.
