Delay in arrival of vegetable shipments, but availability is assured

A shipment of 280 tonnes of potatoes was scheduled to arrive yesterday, Monday February 19. However, due to the passage through Colombia, the shipments were delayed. Potatoes are now expected to arrive on February 23, followed by 2044 tonnes on February 25. The Agricultural Marketing Board, however, assures that there are enough potatoes in stock to ensure continuity until the next shipment arrives.

In addition, vegetables imported from Rodrigues, including giraumons, lalos and limons, are planned for this Wednesday.
