Reporting to the Fraud and KYC Operations Manager, you’ll lead efforts to provide a top-tier fraud prevention service, ensuring the highest standards in the industry.Responsibilities:In this role, you will review new and existing accounts for potential fraud, handle chargeback data, and conduct due diligence on customer detail changes. You’ll approve manual payments, resolve duplicate account issues, and implement omnichannel fraud screening. Additionally, you’ll screen and approve withdrawals, review missing payment queries, and assist with ad hoc fraud queries. Your responsibilities include timely account closures, KYC validation, device management, and addressing location-related queries. You’ll also perform VIP account checks, collaborate with the customer contact center, and uphold responsible gambling policies. Join our team to enhance security and support responsible gambling. - Experience within a customer service environment and/or fraud analysis
- Relevant experience within an online environment either with an operator or payments company or other relevant company
- Experience of working to strict fraud prevention related goals and objectives
- Experience of working with other operational departments
- Basic Microsoft office
- Relevant qualifications would be a distinct advantage
