- Received and Register calls from Customers
- Revert back to customers promptly
- Follow up on orders
- Prepare delivery and onsite intervention planning
- Follow up planning with Technicians
- Follow up on repairs
- Ensure equipment are checked when dispatched or collected
- Prepare administrative forms for internal and external
- Scanning of administration documents for archiving
- Follow up on orders with other department
- Respond to feedback requests and generate appropriate reports
Job Requirements
- SC/HSC holder
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Attentive to details and good organizational skills
- Customer Care oriented
- Computer Literate
