Labor Day: New Democrats members pay tribute to Anjalay Coopen

The founding members of New Democrats laid wreaths in front of the statue of Anjalay Coopen in Port-Louis this Monday, April 29.

This, on the sidelines of Labor Day which will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 1st.

“Labor Day is linked to the courage of the Mauritian woman,” says Kushal Lobine.
