- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Ticketbox.mu and its events across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Content Creation and Management: Produce engaging content for the website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. Work closely with local content creators. Manage and update the content calendar to ensure consistent messaging.
- Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts, develop campaigns, and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty and drive traffic to the platform.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Event Promotion: Collaborate with event organisers and partners to create effective marketing strategies for promoting events. Ensure all promotional activities are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders. Draft press releases and manage media enquiries.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, inform customers about upcoming events, and drive ticket sales.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with relevant influencers to promote Ticketbox.mu events. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach targeted audiences. Coordinate influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand values.
- Website Updates with New Offers: Regularly update the Ticketbox.mu website with new offers, promotions, and event information. Ensure that the website content is current, accurate, and engaging to attract and retain customers.
