Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth had a tête-à-tête with the President of the Republic of India, Droupadi Murmu, in New Delhi yesterday.
The Head of the Indian State and the Head of the Mauritian Government spoke about the progress of the projects initiated during the President's visit to Mauritius last March. In particular, the construction of the new Forensic Science Laboratory and the community projects inaugurated were discussed.

Droupadi Murmu assured the Prime Minister of the support of the Indian Republic on several levels, so that this further consolidates the already very strong relations between our two countries.

Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth also spoke with Indian Foreign Minister Dr Jaishankar. The consolidation of bilateral relations between our two countries was also on the agenda.
