IPALTO was established in 2018 by a European and French patent attorney. IPALTO is a Mauritian company specialized in services for industrial property firms worldwide.IPALTO offers:
– English to French and French to English translations of filed patents,
– drawings to illustrate the invention,
– paralegal advice.Today, we are a team of seven people. Currently expanding, we are looking to recruit technicians, Mauritians or residents of Mauritius, wishing to specialize in a cutting edge profession.Expected profile:
Job: Technical draughtsman of patents in 2D.The drawings illustrating the patent applications comply with official rules (black and white, precision, legibility, etc.). The draughtsman’s task is to regularize the client’s drawing respecting the patent laws and remaining faithful to the invention. This job requires precision and interpretation.Technical skills:
– Knowledge of 2D technical drawing software such as xaradesigner, coreldraw or inkscape,
– a bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, science…) would be greatly appreciated or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical field.Skills:
Great autonomy, ability to respect professional secrecy, precision, interpretation, rigor and respect of deadlines.Working languages:
Fluent English and/or French.Working conditions:
– Salary: according to your profile and experience,
– full time (40h/week) with 22 days paid vacation,
– Telecommuting possible,
– advantages : a computer and a drawing software,
– the draughtsman will be supervised by an expert in patent design until he reaches complete autonomy.To apply:
