QuestionsAccommodation-HotelsConstance Prince Maurice, Le Meridien Ile Maurice, Shangri-La or Paradise Cove?
Anonymous asked 6 months ago

Hi all, I'm a bit overwhelmed by the number of hotel options there are (all of which are equally beautiful). However, have managed to narrow it down to a few potentials:

- Constance Prince Maurice
- Le Meridien Ile Maurice
- Shangri-La
- Paradise Cove

I've used the search function and seen lots of positive reviews about all of them. Out of the four, is there one that is located closer to the beach or near local amenities e.g. shops, restaurants, etc.? We'd like to split our time between the resort, and exploring. TIA.

Shangri la or le méridien

If you are seriously considering Le Prince Maurice or Le Touessrok, then in my experience, you shouldn’t be considering Le Meridien. Paradise Cove is a niche product and good for the type of clients it appeals to. If you are looking for an excellent quality 5-star, have you not considered Trou aux Biches Beachcomber or Royal Palm Beachcomber? The former is 10 minutes south of Grand Bay by car. The latter is a short walk away.

Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel and Constance Prince Maurice are both fabulous. 5 Star Lux. Constance slightly out in front and great breach, visited both last year.
