Have you read the recent reviews on Google maps?
We were there last week. It was one of the best beaches to swim in… there are rocking parts but get water shoes, and you will be fine (it’s just in the beginning) we did the All Inclusive option. Breakfast was the same menu everyday but it did have variety, so you could chose to have a different meal every day. Lunch and supper was themed everyday and really enjoyable. They also served a afternoon snack. The pool was amazing, has gym facilities. Snorkelling gear provided. Can Paddle Boat or Kayak. Snorkelling on the beach was very good, saw alot of reef fish. You can also book a boat excursion and go Snorkelling in Blue Bay, free as its part of package (that’s were all the boat trips for the South take you to snorkel)… every evening the resort had a different entertainment line up as well. Also had a good selection of Cocktails/ Mocktails
If it’s of such concern to you then why not consider the dozens of other hotels around the island with sandy beaches and less windy conditions?
