QuestionsFood-RestaurantsDinner out vs all inclusive at hotel
Anonymous asked 5 months ago

First time trip to Mauritius in Mid April; staying at Sugar Beach Resort. My travel agent advised that there are not many restaurants open for dinner in Flic En Flac and seemed to point to go all inclusive. SInce we are there for 5 nights; I love to explore different restaurants. I quickly skimmed restaurants in town for hours and appears many are open at night although we'd have to taxi to town /back.

Would you suggest to dine out or inclined to stay at the resort for dinner?

Thank you and sorry if I missed the thread on this question.

English and French are the two most widely spoken languages on the island. The locals converse in Mauritian Creole, a unique language deriving its structure from French with some African influences.
