I remember using that to contact them for any issues i get while outside the country. But currently i am unable to find their page again. And also does anyone know how long does it take for an inactive sim to be turned off? I have been out of the country for six months and i have adequate balance but i forgot to regularly top up the sim. I just added 50+100 via sbm's top up online but i am not getting any opt or confirmation sms. Usually it would work.

You can try using their customer service on their website.
You will need to type in a good description of your issue, with as many details as possible, to help them fix it up quickly for you.
I did this process since my name was incorrectly written on my bills, and it was fixed within a day.

If you have someone locally here tell them to call them and they will activate it back

I believe it’s 6 months.

In 1 month it becomes inactive and after that you are given 1 more month to topup to be active again. If you don’t it becomes locked. You have to go to a teleshop to unlock at that point.

TLDR: 1 month inactive, 2 months to be locked
