If they like drinking in winners pereybere ou Super U grand baie they do small bottles of rhum different flavours about a fiver lol. But mine most of the time is fridge magnet lol

I took
Some nice pineapple and cinnamon jam home cost about £4 pounds. Be careful when buying though. One scammer shop a taxi took us to after we asked him to take us to port Louie was selling same jam for 24 pounds! Yes really!

You can get these at Duty Free at airport or if you have time, get into an Intermart – they great for sharing
(Pate De Fruits) Fruit paste, they are like gummies.

Go in intermart, lacroisette.. There are nice fridge magnet in the form on our local rhum and beer

For the ladies Mauritius has beautiful sarongs its light and does not take up much luggage space go to the Port Louis Market. The Mauritian rum for close friends as you can’t take too many. They also have beautiful cultured pearls made into bracelets earings and chains.
