Not much around that area so either hire a car or get taxi to get to other areas
Not much. You will have to hire a car or a taxi to get around. The surrounding area is very serene and peaceful. You will have to travel to shops , tourist attractions and restaurants.

There is nothing around the resort, the entertainment team do organise some local outings, not every day. There is a taxi service at the hotel that will take you on trips, we booked 2 full day excursions with Kevin private taxi guide mauritius and j believe you can catch the local bus to town.
We simply enjoyed the pool and beach for our stay, it’s excellent 👌
We have just returned from there and there isn’t anything within walking distance BUT we caught the local bus to the market and went on 2 amazing full days out with Rakesh Cheekhooree who is a taxi driver for the hotel. We can’t praise him enough, he showed us everything we asked to see and more besides. The hotel staff are so lovely and everything is very chilled. Would definitely recommend it . You will have an amazing time. X
