I've been in this beautiful island for over a week. Started in the north, I'm now in the South. I believe there is a market for clothing and suviniers near the airport. Does anyone know we're exactly, a name would be appreciated. We want to stop over there on our way to the airport.

Best to buy from supermarkets where the prices are clearly displayed. In the market there are two prices…one for locals and one for tourists and the tourists’ price is not a discount.

The Grand Bassin Lake also known as Ganga Talao is considered as Mauritius' most sacred pilgrimage site for Hindus. A towering statue of Lord Shiva resides beside the lake, and Hindus travel to this place each year during Maha Shivratri to pay their respects to the Almighty.
