Resumption of post-bad weather activities: Legal proceedings and transport services returning to normal

This Tuesday marks the resumption of several important activities after the bad weather. Many legal proceedings resume normally as planned today and proceedings that were scheduled yesterday will be postponed to a later date by magistrates and other court staff. This was indicated by Me Robin Ramburn, president of the Mauritius Bar Association.

Furthermore, on the side of the National Land Transport Authority, those who had payments by appointment yesterday can do the needful today and no penalty will be set for this purpose. This was indicated by an official from the Ministry of Transport.
