Sawmynaden acquitted: “It’s not a defeat,” says Valayden

“It’s not a defeat. I hope that the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions will appeal,” reacted Mr. Rama Valayden, one of Simla Kistnen's lawyers, following the verdict pronounced by the Intermediate Court this Thursday, May 30 in the lawsuit filed against former Minister of Commerce, Yogida Sawmynaden, in the “Constituency Clerk” affair. The latter was found not guilty.
