Simla Kistnen's reaction to the DPP's decision not to appeal the Constituency Clerk case

She says she is disappointed. This is Simla Kistnen's reaction after the decision of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) not to appeal the judgment of the Intermediate Court in the Constituency Clerk case.

Interviewed by Radio Plus this afternoon, Simla Kistnen maintains that she was never employed as Constituency Clerk by former minister Yogida Sawmynaden.

It should be noted that the DPP will not appeal in the Constituency Clerk case, according to a press release issued this Monday, June 10. The Intermediate Court had given the benefit of doubt to Yogida Sawmynaden in this case.
