The government of Spain adopted on Tuesday, during a council of ministers, a decree officially recognizing the State of Palestine, announced the spokesperson for Pedro Sánchez's government.
In a brief solemn declaration Tuesday morning, the Spanish Prime Minister considered that this recognition, coordinated with Ireland and Norway, was “a necessity” to “achieve peace” between Israelis and Palestinians.
