No torrential rain warning is in effect in Mauritius. However, a heavy rain watch was issued at 10 p.m. on Sunday.
This figure to remember: the highest rainfall was recorded in Albion, i.e. 302 mm of rain in 15 hours (from 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
Please note that all schools will remain closed tomorrow. Public and private sector employees will not have to go to work this Monday, April 22. Teleworking should be favored. This does not apply to essential services and emergency services.
