The anticyclone south of the Mascarenes causes cold trade winds in our region. Cloudy periods are expected this morning with temporary showers mainly in the east, south and on the central plateau.

According to forecasts from the weather station, pockets of fog are expected on the heights. Showers will gradually ease during the afternoon.

The maximum temperature will vary between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius on the central plateau and between 24 and 27 degrees Celsius on the coast.

The sky will be partly overcast tonight with light showers on the heights.

The minimum temperature will vary between 15 and 17 degrees Celsius on the central plateau and between 19 and 22 degrees Celsius in the coastal regions.

The wind will blow from the southeast at around 25 km/h with gusts reaching 60 km/h in exposed areas.

The sea is rough beyond the reefs with waves of three meters.

Outings on the high seas, as well as in the southern and eastern lagoons, are not recommended.
