Will they reduce the weekly working hours?
How will they arrange out pay?
I do not think it is feasible. You’ll still have to complete 40hrs of work per week. That leaves you working for 10 hours a day.
Not every office are even open for 10 hours a day.
I like it tbh. I would work 10h per day for 4 days to get that 1 day off.
Will the 5th day be an off day therefore?
I work 4 days , 24/7 shift , 11 hrs Daily
