Is the idea good? Which company do you believe is eligible for it?

Ceridian Mauritius had implemented 4 day work week.

People are liking it so far

It’s another lie by the government just to get votes. It’s a small change for a short while. Enjoy it while you can.

He actually did say that? Damn.

Interesting, but I wonder how they will arrange that.

Do we have to cover our 40hr in 4 days?
Will they reduce the weekly working hours?
How will they arrange out pay?

LegisMoris answered 1 year ago

I do not think it is feasible. You’ll still have to complete 40hrs of work per week. That leaves you working for 10 hours a day.

Not every office are even open for 10 hours a day.

I like it tbh. I would work 10h per day for 4 days to get that 1 day off.
Will the 5th day be an off day therefore?

Muzzammil_15 answered 1 year ago

I work 4 days , 24/7 shift , 11 hrs Daily

For me it’s good
