- First Degree Business Commerce
Experience Required
- 3-4 years Deep level of understanding and experience of working in a compliance advisory capacity within the Financial Services industry.
- 3-4 years Solid understanding of the Financial Services industry including available products and services; knowledge of the regulatory frameworks; understanding of distribution channels and the fit and proper requirements.
Additional Information
- Act as the subject matter expert for Business Risk Management related policies and the provide training into the different business unit areas to ensure that the business adopts a risk and compliance culture.
- Continuously Implement, monitor, maintain and update a Risk Management and Compliance monitoring framework that is
specific per business area and aligned to Group compliance and Risk Frameworks, that sets out the key phases of monitoring. * Provide assurance that Business adheres to the requirements of the Business Risk Management plans, including meeting all of theCompliance and Regulatory requirements.Behavioral Competencies:
