Its worldwide network of subsidiaries, shipmanagers and partners enables it to operate anywhere in the world with the same level of quality and safety.BOURBON comprises four main activities (Bourbon Marine & Logistics, Bourbon Mobility, Bourbon Subsea Services and Bourbon Wind) and has revenues of 656 million euros in 2023.Reference 2024-1875Job type (offshore/onshore)OnshorePosition descriptionJob titleHR and Administrative Officer M/FContract typePermanent ContractRoles and responsibilities-Assist with all aspects of the recruitment process, adhering to established recruitment practices, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling.-Responsible to process the training refund with local authority and keeping records for all trainings conducted.-Provide general support to ensure quality of service to all department.-Responsible for the travel and logistic arrangements (flight tickets, accommodation, visa, mission request) for professional trips.-Be the main point of contact to external visitors’ and support the logistic needs.-Responsible for local office supplies; place orders and follow up delivery of orders.-Track and reconcile all expenses on a monthly basis.-Assist in the planning and execution of induction process for all new recruits.-Manage employee transportation and liaise with service provider as needed.-Perform any other cognate duties that may from time to time be required which are appropriate for the role and business needs.The HR and Administrative Officer reports hierarchically to the HR Manager.Qualifications, Skills and Experiences-Hold as minimum a Degree in Human resources Management or Business Administration and/or any other alternate equivalent qualification.-Have as minimum 3 years of experience in HR Department and /or Administration.-Have a good knowledge of MS Office.-Be conversant with Sicorax will be an advantage-Highly organized and detail-oriented.-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.-Be rigorous, enthusiasm and aim to evolve in a complex and challenging environment.-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Position locationJob locationAfrica, Mauritius Island, BambousCandidate criteriaMinimum level of education required3 – Bachelor’s degree (3 years)Minimum level of experience required3-4 yearsLicenses (seafearers only)N/A
