France is preparing for the early legislative elections which begin this Sunday, June 30. Elsa Di Méo, socialist candidate of the New Popular Front in the 10th constituency of French people living abroad (Middle East, Central, Eastern and Southern Africa), is on tour in Mauritius to convince the French electorate there. She says France is going through a very dangerous period due to the rise of the far right.
Elsa Di Méo underlines the need to block these “nauseating ideas”, considering the far right as a threat to France and to those who love this country, particularly those who wish to study or live there. She spoke to Jean-Luc Emile during an interview for TéléPlus.
