The nomination exercise for the by-election in constituency number 10 (Montagne-Blanche/Grande-Rivière Sud-Est) will be held on July 11. This is what reveals a press release issued by the office of the Electoral Commissioner, this Monday afternoon, June 24.
The exercise will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Bel Air State Secondary School. Candidates will need to make a payment of Rs 1,500 and bring essential documents for their application.
The office of the Electoral Commissioner would like to clarify that in the event that only one candidate contests the elections, he will automatically be elected MP for constituency number 10.
